THE DEMOCRATS ARE THE NEW CONSERVATIVES
THE DEMOCRATS ARE CONSERVING THE ECONOMY.
PROTECTING SOCIAL SECURITY.
FIGHTING FOR VOTER’S RIGHTS.
PRESERVING THE RULE OF LAW.
SUPPORTING THE SPIRIT AND INTENT OF OUR CONSTITUTION.
PRESERVING EQUAL RIGHTS FOR ALL.
FIGHTING FOR OUR LONG HELD CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS THAT HAVE SUDDENLY BEEN ATTACKED AND DENIED.
FIGHTING TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE.
FIGHTING FOR BETTER EDUCATION FOR OUR CHILDREN AND THE FUTURE.
PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT, WHILE TURNING THAT OBVIOUS NEED INTO ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT DEMOCRATIC POLYCIES AND PRINCIPLES ARE PRESERVING THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE.
PRESERVING TRUTH OVER LIES.
IN CONTRAST, THE REPUBLICANS ARE JUST FIGHTING, PRESERVING NOTHING BUT DIVISION, WHILE WAVING AROUND ZERO BENEFICIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS, AND OFFERING NO SOLUTIONS TO ALL THEIR COMPLAINTS.
THE ISSUES THAT COUNT
THE ECONOMY
The economy is always the most important issue in every election cycle. Currently, the economic numbers, unemployment, the GDP, manufacturing, and the markets, are showing impressive numbers. However, there is still concern and uncertainty. Inflation is a huge issue. Wheather we are heading for a recession and the deficit are other concerns. The question is what to do about it. One, it is my opinion that there should be fewer stiffling interest rate hikes, and more entrepeneural encouragement to stimulate competion. The tax code needs to be made fair and equitable, and the middle class needs to begin to once again to flourish and expand. Nevertheless, the future of America’s prosperity is bright. However, inorder to maintain that forward momentum great decision makers need to be placed in positions of leadership. Historically, the Democratics have consistantly proformed far better economically. It is just a fact, however, that message isn’t sinking in and it needs to be conveyed.
THE RIGHT TO CHOSE
Let’s be clear: No one is an advocate of abortion. However, 70%, the vast majority of Americans do support freedom of choice. It is not the governments place to dictate personal family life choices, period. Believe what you wish, but it is Un-American for anyone to attempt to force their religious of political beliefs on others.
VOTING RIGHTS
Gerrymandering, voter suppression, and undermining the faith in the security of our election process has done so much harm to the foundation of our democracy. (The unfairness of the system can be illustrated by the fact that in several presidential elections, the winner of the popular vote has not won the race, as well as the fact there are a number of states with disproportionate party representation compared to the actual demographics). In a simple, pure democratic system, i.e. one vote for each citizen, things would be less complicated. Unfortunately, America is still reliant on an arcane system that uses the Electoral College, and the actual representation is more heavily based on geography, the state, rather than the choice of the clear majority. It is for those reasons a clear, well-defined national election standard must be implemented. The John Lewis Voting Rights Act addresses these issues and should be made into Federal legislation in order to ensure fair, equitable, and uniform voting policies while upholding the spirit and intent of Our Constitution.
Being that one party, the Republican Party is notoriously opposed to any standardized voting rights policies must not go unnoticed. And their “Party before Country,” and “Winning at Any Cost,” philosophies must be exposed for not being in the best interest of the Nation.
Vote Blue. Save Our Democracy.
HEALTH CARE
In the United States, the cost of health care is, on average, four times more expensive than in other western, democratic nations. It also must be pointed out that the United States is the only western democracy that has not implemented some form of Universal Health Care. There are numerous reasons for this, not the least of which is the profit made by insurance companies and conglomerate healthcare providers. Here it must be noted that prior to 1974, for-profit health was prohibited. It also be pointed out that an estimated 4,000,00 Americans annually suffer financial distress due to medical bills annually, while zero people in other westernized countries have to endure that hardship. Another reason for the lack of Universal Healthcare in the United States is messaging, i.e. the word Socialism has been distorted into having negative connotations even though we do live in a society. Nevertheless, there is hope, although enormous, radical changes are unlikely. However, incremental changes to the system have been happening at the initiation of our Democratic leaders. Insurance assistance, reduced prescription drug plans, and numerous other beneficial programs have been initiated by Democrats.
In contrast, the Republicans have promised a replacement proposal for the current legislation for well over a decade and have never provided a proposal.
That situation poses several simple questions you should ask yourself: 1) Are you looking forward to a healthcare emergency destroying you financially? 2) Would your quality of life be enhanced by not having to worry about how you’re going to afford medical coverage for your family? 3) Which political party is more interested in finding a way to make your life better?
Vote Blue. The Democrats are actually looking out for your Best Interests.
EDUCATION
Did you know India has more Honor Students enrolled than America has children in the school? Currently, America is ranked 32nd globally in quality of education. This is a sad situation because the country’s future, our prosperity, and our position as world leaders are dependent on how well-prepared the next generation is to thrive and compete. With that said, it should be a matter of pride to focus our every effort and resource on insuring the American Education System is the best in the World. To do this, we have to make higher education accessible to all. Additionally, it should be recognized that starting our young people out burdened with enormous dept is not the best economic policy. However, this is the information age and America is the most technically advanced country in the world, so the task of getting serious about education and this all-important goal is achievable. To get it done, we’ll need motivational and inspiring leadership that is smart enough and willing to make education a priority, because properly educating our children is really how to make America Great Again.
GUN CONTROL
Our children are not safe in their own schools. With 67 mass shootings already this year and 2023 not being half over should be cause for concern. Violent crimes and murders are up. What is so frustrating is the fact that reasonable and effective gun legislation has already been written, only to be opposed, replaced by another round of thoughts and prayers, and no tangible results. Guns, like cars, should be registered. Permits and gun safety training should be mandatory. Background checks before someone is allowed to purchase a firearm is not an unreasonable stipulation. Banning military-style assault weapons, machines that are specifically designed to kill multiple people in a war zone, should not be a difficult choice. However, explaining that the gun industry has distorted the intent of our Constitution’s 2nd Amendment seems nearly impossible. However, something needs to be done. The carnage must stop. It is now impossible to ignore the situation by thinking it’s some other person’s bad luck because the problem has gotten so bad, you really need to think whether it is safe to send your kids to school, or if it is safe for you to go to the grocery store.
It’s time to vote for those with a little common sense. Vote Blue.
IMMAGRATION
Immigration legislation hasn’t been seriously addressed because one party needs it as a “Hot Button” issue to motivate its base. The reality is the United States doesn’t have open borders and no one is advocating open borders. There are rules and procedures for legally entering the United States. What is needed is for the laws to be updated, the Border Patrol to receive the resources they need, the court review system to be streamlined, and for the DACA situation to be finally resolved.
What has somehow been forgotten, is the fact America was built by immigrants. That our international diversity is one of our strengths, and a good immigration policy is actually good for our economy.
POLICE REFORM
No one wants to Defund the Police. What everyone does want is better, more effective Law Enforcement. With all our institutions, we should always be thinking in terms of improvement. Having better trained, better educated, and more community-integrated law enforcement officers is a start. The idea is to return to an “Us mentality,” rather than accepting the dysfunctional “Them and Us” attitude. Yes, we also need reforms in our Correction Institutions also.
These are difficult challenges. However, the problems need to be looked at differently, and the needed solutions can only happen with the right leadership in place because the current issues must be addressed by not just Law Enforcement and the Corrections Departments alone, but by the entire community collectively. This means it’s going to take all of us caring, working together, getting involved, and being instilled with a sense of community pride.
Question: Which political party even thinks that way?
THE ENVIRONMENT
The recent droughts, wildfires, pollution issues, and historically more severe weather events have ended any ability to deny the existing climate crisis. However, being “Necessity is the Mother of Invention” we are presented with an unprecedented wealth of opportunities. Think of the current situation as going from the Agricultural Age to the Industrial Age. Electricity, hydrogen, solar, fusion, and so many other energy resources are just sitting there waiting to be developed. Being Americans are renowned for their ingenuity, innovation, and ambition, the drastic changes that are currently required should be seen as a brilliant way to stimulate economic growth, rebuild faith in the American Dream, and leap into a new era of prosperity. Fossil Fuels will soon be as relevant as coal, and it’s happening fast, and America should be leading the way.

HOW TO WIN IN 2024
First and foremost, you have to accept the reality that our Democracy is on the line. The fact is, this is a fight, one we can’t afford to lose. We as American do not want to live under oppressive tyranny. We do not want Authoritarian Rule, Dictatorship, Fascism, Theocratic Fanatics, or a Kleptocracy dictating how we live.
Nor do We want our Civil Rights removed one by one until we’re left with a government no longer By the People and For the People.
The next election is so important. It is paramount that we all do our part to save Our Democracy from fanatics, bigots, and backward-thinking carnival barkers.
What we do want are representatives that are smart, experienced, well-educated, that have equal measures of compassion and pragmatism. What we want are people that are able to find real-world solutions, in the business to serve their states and nation, and have a sincere desire to do what’s right and the best for the most.
For Our Part: Voting is a must. Volunteering, getting out there and helping register people would also be an enormous help. Identifying candidates that you are enthusiastic about and supporting their campaigns by donating, canvasing, and calling will be more beneficial than you can imagine.
Also, when you do get involved, be smart about it. Information is power. Keep a close eye on demographics, (national, regional, state, county, city, and neighborhood numbers count), because elections are about the numbers. Be sure to focus your efforts where they can do the most good and make a difference.
Get active on Social Media. Reach out to family, friends, and neighbors. Get passionate, show you care and take pride in your involvement.
Stand up, bring your community together, cooperate, and win.
Vote Blue. Let’s do this. It’s important.

The map on the left is ambitious, but achievable. The Nation’s Founding Fathers intended the government to be ‘For the People and by the People. In order for that concept to work, citizen participation is needed. Right now, getting involved is more important than at any other time in the country’s history. The last presidential election was lost due to foreign interference, voter suppression, and apathy. Not caring is no longer an option. Our Constitution is under assault. The principles and foundations of this great republic are being eroded from within, primarily by a minority of far right extremists. We can not allow this to continue. United, the country can return to a positive direction. The future is ours to decided and together we can save the nation, return to our position as a world leader, and find solutions for every issue facing the country and the world. In order for that to happen, action is needed. Take responsibility. Get involved, verified you are registered to vote, volunteer, and make sure your voice is heard.
UNITED WE STAND
IN 2016, the Democratic Party won the popular vote by 3,000,000, but lost in the Electoral College. Looking at populations by state, the Electoral Collage is configured to put the majority opinion at a huge disadvantage. However, that is the reality that we must deal with. The only way to overcome this blatantly tilted election process is to show up in overwhelming numbers, to be active, to participate, and make sure everyone is willing to do what it takes to win. If you live in Arizona, Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, or Wisconsin the future of the country is in your hands. If you’re registered to vote in Colorado, Nevada, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, or New Mexico your vote is more important than you can imagine. Texas, Georgia, Iowa, and Ohio all have a chance to send a message that will be remember in the history books. Organization and activism is necessary in every county in the country. Our nation, our future, and the well-being of our society all depend on ending the division, and working together and creating a better future for everyone. There is far too much at stake for complacency. Besides putting in the effort and actually showing up at the voting booth, the key factor to success is unity. Every reasonable person of voting age, not only must cast a ballot, but everyone has to be on the same page. No matter who the the eventual nominee is, we need to put aside our differences and support right over wrong.
